Constellation for XBMC App Reviews

I use this on my iPAD and iPhone and they both work as expected, even in the non-pro version.

Its a great little app, with a beautiful interface. I like how well thought out all the little design features are. Unfortunately, the epg for live tv is blank for me (all functioning fine in xbmc)... While I can still change channels, this app would be so much more useful if the guide were functional. Thats what caught my eye in the first place! (Otherwise Id have rated it 5 stars)

Networking is tricky, but when this app is running properly, its brilliant.

Works awesome. Love the program..

It isnt perfect, but what a great remote. Works especially well with functions that require typing. I dont have a keyboard or mouse with my XBMC unit, so this works great for that. Great "gee-wiz" factor as well.

Almost perfect. Its better than the Official XBMC app; ability to execute plugins, scripts, etc. directly from the app. It needs ability to customize the apps main menu shortcuts. Ex: ability to add a Plugin or Script as a shortcut to the main menu. Other then that, its great!

I would give it negative 5 stars. Doesnt even work. Says nothing is playing all the time...

Keeps crashing on startup. Fix that and I would give 5 stars...

I use this app on my iPad to control XBMC. It works amazing and I always love using it over a physical remote or any other remote app. Thanks!

Whenever I try to play something, it plays for one second then cuts off.

Im running xbmc 12.2 on a Mac mini and xbmcbuntu 12.2 on 4 boxes as well as xbmc live 11(not sure of which version of 11) on 2 more systems. The problems are consistent among all 7 of my xbmc setups The app used to work decent on occasion, unfortunately I now have to uninstall it and reinstall it for every use. This means I must enter the settings for my xbmc box Ill be using each time, as well as sabnzbd and trakt.tv if I care to use them for the one run. Also, out of my 6600+ movies in my xbmc library, it finds a total of 0 movies. It looks like about 1/3 of the music files are found, and about 1/2 of the tv shows are there. All tv shows show up in the tv section of the app, but when you click on them, about half of them are empty (no available season folders or episode list) although all shows are complete collections and available in xbmc. No matter how many times I do a re sync of the movie library, it always shows 0 movies. This is also true with the experimental sync option selected. I would gladly pay for a working version of this app, and would for sure get the pro features, nap but its not worth it when after just one run (at most) you get just a black screen on startup, then kicked back to the iPads home screen.

Complete control over addons. You get all the info, previews, artwork. Everything on the remote. Works great on iPad as well. I like this better than the official remote!!!

Love this app, interface looks a little dated but works great. UNTIL the newest update when hitting the TV Shows tab crashes the entire app. Makes this app 50% unusable.

Better than the standard plex app!

On the iPhone you cant make a list of the movies with the name/title underneath the cover art. So you must guess what movie it is. The app is also very slow to load on my iPhone 5. On the good part is it does what it is supposed to, giving you solid control of your XBMC. I live how it works on my iPad. I will make it a 5 if you clean up the movie list or give me the options to change it how I like.

When I go to open a tv show, no episodes show up no matter how much I try updating the list. I hope they fix this soon because I use this app a lot

Ive been using the app for some time and must say that it works great for me. Im not doing live tv but on recorded local shows it has never given me any problem. The media info updates quickly. Im using this with XBMC running on a PC. Ive noticed minor things that will probably be fixed eventually nothing big. Love the sorting options for movies. Love the cinema experience support. Thanks a million keep up the great work on the app. Using primarily on iPhone and iPad Mini.

This app periodically asks me to restore my upgrade purchase. I wont restore after upgrading my iPhone. It says its restored but still locks me out of the features. Its now junk
