Constellation for XBMC App Reviews

After updating to the latest version, my Movies no longer populate under the Movies tab. Please fix, as this is the main reason I use Constellation.

Now crashing everytime I try to open it in after upgrade to iOS 7.

My favourite way to control xbmc. Works with all my devices.

Last update fixed my crashing. Thanks. Love this app. Best way to control xbmc. I do have the mp4 issue as well but you can browse to it through xbmc and play it. Most are mkv so no big issues.

With a few more features added, this will be one of the best XBMC Remote apps on the market. If it had the ability to play your Smart Playlists that are created within XBMC and play the playlist contents randomly, it would be appreciated. In addition, the ability to dim the screen would be an excellent add on. One final request would be to sort movies into collections

I use an old ATV1 with crystalbuntu running XBMC. constellation is the best XBMC remote Ive used.

At first I used this as an exclusive remote for XBMC, but I didnt like needing to wake up my phone and open the app every time I wanted to rewind or pause. I eventually invested in a standalone USB IR remote but I continue to use this app to navigate content in my plugins, manage playlists, and control YouTube. Prior to getting the IR remote, I invested in the in-app purchases for additional control features which I still use on occasion if my remote is on the other side of the room.

I have supported this app since day one. Like have always been a paid user. When restoring my in app purchases this past week ($4.99) I somehow was charged $2.99. Contacting them via Facebook they simply said its "your problem" and have since refused to respond to my requests for a refund on the $2.99.

This app provides a polished interface for browsing and controlling your xbmc library. It also integrates well with sabnzbd and trakt. A great addition to any htpc setup.

Good app, but no way to restore your purchase of Pro on a new or different device. So if you have an iPad and an iPhone, you have to purchase the Pro version twice! If I had known I would have bought a different app from developers who do not nickel and dime their customers.

Downloaded the app and it couldnt find any servers. Tried to find my server and it didnt work so I tried to enter the information manually which also failed to connect. After that there was no way to go back and retry the settings (that I could find anyways). I dont know if this was an app simply made for a single person who doesnt care if other people can figure it out then fine, but if not work out some kinks and then Ill be back and will even go pro if it works efficiently enough.

To those having connection issues, you need to enable the ability to control Kodi/XBMC with HTTP in your Kodi settings. Down-starring an app because of ignorance, lack of knowledge, or inability to ask for support is an abuse of the ability to review. Its scary to me. Peoples livelihoods can be changed by these reviews that are based off mis-truths. If anything, the directions could be clearer, but that does not mean that the app does not work. This is the BEST Kodi/XBMC remote Ive ever used. Complete, plenty of options, ability to see your installed add-ons with buttons for each, beam YouTube videos directly to Kodi from the app, and more.. And thats the free version! There are countless features here that make it far and away my favorite remote. Youll see why yourself right away. I love this app, but it pains me that ignorance leads to bad reviews. Saying something "doesnt work" when youre not aware how similar apps work under normal circumstances is an injustice to the developer that put countless hours into creating these apps for our benefit. "This didnt work for me right away, and I dont feel like asking for help, so Ill blame it on the developer, because.. America!"

This is pretty slick. Works flawlessly so far. I really appreciate the ability to "sling" YouTube videos from my iPhone to Kodi. I havent figured where the navigation controls are yet, a tutorial or help screen would be nice to have for us old people.

Great app. I love having the ability to browse through my addons on my device while still watch a show. Great interface

The app works great! But it would of be Awesome if it also played the video on your iPad instead of Kodi video player.

Works like a charm! I love it. Clean simple interface. In side the video section you see the same icons as on your tv screen. The interface is uncomplicated and like I said seeing the same icons in the app a being able to select them as well as links in the app just does it for me. Well worth the investment.

Works AMAZING!!! I love scrolling thru the addons, playlist, movies and shows. Ive tried all the other free apps.

Why?!

Spent the money and got the PRO version but needed help but no helped arrived. You get directed to their Facebook page and I really don’t see any instructions so I messaged them. The last posting on FB was June 1. Today is December 6. Inactivity is a RED FLAG. No response yet but I hope they get back to me soon. This would’ve been worth it but the lack of support isn’t worth it because simple instructions wasn’t made available for normal people on the app or on FB.
